Quick Dark Fudge

1 2/3 cup sugar
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup milk
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon mint extract

Combine sugar, butter, salt and milk in saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil five minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; add chocolate, marshmallows and extracts. Beat vigorously until marshmallows are melted. Pour into a buttered 8-inch pan. Cool before cutting.

Katie, after trying a cooked fudge recipe that went all gritty, I made this one and even the fudge-haters in my family were converted. Loved it.
