these are the softest snickerdoodles I have tried and love this recipe
1 cup margarine room temp
1 1/3 cup sugar
2 eggs
beat those three until fluffy
add:
3 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp soda
pinch of salt
roll into balls and roll in a bowl of mixed 2 TBSP sugar, 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
bake @ 375 for 10 min
